چکیده
The Pb, Hg and As content of the muscle, gill and liver of marin organisms Otolithes rubber, Pampus argenteus, Parastromateus niger, Scomberomorus commerson, Onchorynchus mykiss were measured. Analysis of lead and arsenic was carried out by anodic stripping voltammetry method. Hg analysis was done spectrophotometrically. It was found that mercury concentration reaches to maximum in the gill of Parastromateus niger (0.47 μg/g) followed by the liver of Otolithes rubber (0.001 μg/g), lead content reaches to maximum in the gill of Parastromateus niger (0.11 μg/g), followed by the liver of Scomberomorus commerson, (0.005 μg/g), arsenic concentration is highest in the liver of Otolithes rubber (0.26 μg/g), followed by the muscle of Pampus argenteus (0.007 μg/g). The results of this study indicate that the concentration of Pb, Hg and As in the different tissues of the studied marine organisms were significantly lower than the permissible levels for these toxic metals.

The present research was undertaken in order to measure the concentrations of heavy metals in tissues of the Scomberomorus commerson and Scomberomorus guttatus in Bushehr seaport. 20 samples of S. commerson and 20 samples of S. guttatus were cathed randomly from Bushehr seaport. After biometry of fish, the tissue samples were taken from muscles and liverand chemical digestion of the samples wer...
متن کاملHeavy Metals (Zn, Cu, Pb, Cd and Hg) Contents and Fatty Acids Ratios in Two Fish Species (Scomberomorus commerson and Otolithes ruber) of the Persian Gulf
This study was conducted to determine the concentrations of metals (Zn, Cu, Pb, Cd and Hg) in two commercial fish species of the Persian Gulf (coast of Bushehr Province in Iran), as well as in the sea waters. The concentrations of metals were determined by using differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV). Two selected species were narrow-barred Spanish mackerel and tiger toot...
